The Study on Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Migrant Workers Integrate into the City under the Background of the New Normal
Under the background of Chinas economy has entered a new normal stage, the total number of migrant workers is continues to increase, the population growth rate is very low and the supply of the young labor is reducing, all that making migrant workers population has entered a new normal stage, How to seize the new opportunities and deal with the challenges under the new norm, it has become the key for migrant workers integrate into the city.In this paper, we analysis the predicament of migrant workers integrate into the city from the institutional, economic and personal aspects under the background of the new normal, with the government as the power, the social as the thrust and the change of the conditions of the migrant workers themselves as pull, all that produces a force mechanism, which put forward the countermeasures to promote the integration of migrant workers integrate into the city and to realize the transformation of migrant workers to the citizens.
