　　In the new period, due to the expansion of the university enrollment, the number of university graduates is increasing year by year, which increases a great difficulty for university graduates employment, adding the graduated students who unemployed, all that can be found the group of students for job hunting is large, the difficulty of employment is more prominent, the university graduates employment problem has become the key point of the whole society.Investigating and analyzing the difficulties faced by university graduates employment and exploring the countermeasures about the employment of university graduates can promote the rational employment of university graduates.
