Weight of Statistic Indicator and Empirical Analysis of High Quality Employment Model--Based on Statistical Analysis of Data from College Graduates
Based on statistical survey data of employment, this paper establishes a mathematics model to analysis the factors and weight separately that influence high quality employment.Results show that factors influence regular and high quality employment is the same, but different in weight and loss information of each factors.With strict constraints, high quality employment loses more information.From the rotated component matrix, we can get the two principle component that influences high quality employment, which is quality and environment separately.In the last, this paper gives solutions on how to improve employment quality based on the two factors.
