　　Jinggangshan spirit is the excellent traditional cultural source of democratic political construction in the modem history of China and also has an extremely important realistic meaning to the democratic political construction.The idea of soldiers committee system during the period of Jinggangshan conflict provides a valuable reference to establish the democratic system at the grassroots level of Chinese Communist.
