Dynamic Comprehensive Evaluation Method of National Power

摘要：

　　Based on panel data tucker decomposition method, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the comprehensive national power of the ten countries from 1997-2014.T his method has the advantage in weight choice because of considering the interaction effect between time and indicators.Compared with the evaluation results of the Rand Corporation model, the result of new method shows high similarity with Rands except China, Japan and Russia.But from the international communitys perception, the comprehensive national power evaluation method proposed by this paper shows certain persuasive and credibility.
