The Evaluation of Low Carbon City Construction Process

摘要：

　　We construct the evaluation index system of the low carbon city construction process from economic development, energy and environment, social progress for the empirical research; we use dynamic analysis method to explore the factors affecting of low carbon city construction process, being clear about the dynamic evolution trend of low carbon city construction process; we put forward policy suggestions to speed up the construction of low carbon city.
