The assessment of efficiency of the rural credit cooperatives based on double objectives-considering the cases in Shannxi province

　　Based on the data from 60 rural credit cooperatives in Shaanxi province, the assessment of sustainable management efficiency and serves FFF(farm, farmers, and farming) efficiency of these sample cooperatives are discussed in the beginning of this paper.Regarding assets as input indicators and the efficiency value of sustainable management and FFF as output indicators, this paper then measures the overall efficiency of the rural credit cooperatives in Shaanxi province and draws conclusions that the majority of the rural credit cooperatives in Shaanxi province are extremely inefficient, and that the diseconomies of scale widely exist among the rural credit cooperatives in Shannxi province because of decreasing returns to scale.
