Incentive study of the progress payments of agent project based on HU theory

摘要：

　　Agent Construction Project Management Model has implemented more than a decade in our country, a lot of practice prove that agent construction project management model can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional model of government command indeed.However, implementation of a new project management model is always accompanied by a lot of problems.This paper leads into the HU theory of Professor Hu Zuguang, put progress payments of agent project as the study of the entry point, and establish mathematical model to analyze, in order to supervise and motivate construction company effectively.
