Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Audit: the Improvements from Process to Result--Revelations from the Audit on Wenruitang River

　　Increasingly acute contradiction between economy and environment has triggered peoples debate about their relation.The active environmental governance in many countries indicates that the human being is more inclined to reconciliation than conflict between each other.Due to its monitoring and evaluation functions, environmental audit plays an important role in environmental governance.This article evaluates and improves the practical activities of energy saving and emission reduction audit through presenting the process and results of the audit on Wenruitang River and combining with the auditing concept put forward by AAA.
