The Development and Utilization of Corporate Social Capital Based on the Theory of Stakeholders

　　Improving the development and utilization of corporate social capital is an important choice of strategy for the enterprise, which directly concerns the goal of the maximization of enterprise value as scheduled.However, one-time not trustworthy behavior may lead to long-term established social capital in an instant collapse.Therefore, the formation and accumulation of corporate social capital need a series of effective development strategies to be guaranteed.This paper guided by the theory of stakeholders, based on the analysis of corporate social capital of the development and utilization of the status quo, putting forward a series of targeted strategy of the development and utilization of corporate social capital, to improve the promotion of management level of corporate social capital, and better service the realization of corporate management goals.
