Research on Factors Affecting the Innovation Intention and Motivation of High-tech Enterprises Knowledge Workers
Under the fierce competition, the innovation intention of enterprises knowledge workers has a significant impact on the development of enterprise.This research sums up the relatively complete affecting factors model of innovation intention of high-tech enterprises knowledge workers and proposes the motivation method to the innovation intention.So the high-tech enterprise can know better about the affecting factors than before, and effectively motivate the innovation intention of the knowledge staff.The study focuses the knowledge workers of high-tech enterprise, and combs the relative literature of the high-tech enterprise knowledge workers.Based on the theory of planned behavior, this research sums up 21 questions relative to innovation intention of knowledge workers, and then design a questionnaire to investigate the knowledge employees of IT company including famous corporation, for example Alibaba and Tencent, and some small enterprise.And this paper groups into five common factors, including organizational factors, personal factors, job factors, family factors and social capital and interpret them respectively.At last, this paper proposes the motivation method to innovation intention of knowledge workers in high-tech enterprise.
