Innovation Efficiency Evaluation on Shanghai Strategic Emerging Industry

　　Under the background of developing strategic emerging industries and on the basis of a large number of literature review, we measured innovation efficiency of Shanghai strategic emerging industries through DEA method.Shanghai is characterized by technology invalid.This shows that Shanghai has some problems with input key combination or management, that is to say the management level is not high.Shanghai needs to increase output by improving the input key combination and improve the level of management under the total amount of investment.According to the results, we indicate the direction of the corresponding improvement of Shanghais strategic emerging industries innovation level in this paper.
