Research on the estimation method of system-level maintenance time based on time extension
There usually are some maintainability on the device in the process of equipment development, but,these maintenance time got from these experiment is device-level and can not be used to assess the system-level maintenance time directedly.This work introduces an estimation model and method of system-level maintenance time based on extension of device-level maintenance time.Firstly, to get the system-level dismounting time through simulation in JACK, using the resource database of maintenance therblig time.Then,to extend device-level maintenance time into the samples of system-level maintenance time on the base of system-level dismounting time.And,the samples are used to estimate maintenance time parameters.This method has two main advantages.The first one is to avoid taking fault imitation experiment and its destructiveness when samples are not enough.The second one is being able to assess the equipment maintenance time more accurately in the early time of equipment development.
