Researches on the Construction of Evaluation Index System for Measuring the Industry Remedy Effect of Anti-dumping Policy
Anti-dumping policy has become one of the major policies of the global trade remedy investigation and industry protection.And the evaluation of the industry remedy effect of the anti-dumping policy is an important basis for our country in the process of policy implementation and development.In this paper, the evaluation index system which is the important part of the remedy effect of the anti-dumping policy is studied.According to the practice of anti-dumping policy and relevant experts and scholars, the relevant indicators are selected.Then, the combination weighting is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis method.So the corresponding weights of the index system are determined.A complete evaluation index system of the remedy effect of the anti-dumping policy has been constructed.
