Composition of Power Rent-seeking Productivity in Chinese Projects Safety Supervision System
Rent-seeking phenomenon characterized by collusion, illegal invitation for bids and abuse of power is increasingly serious in Chinas project safety supervision system.The existing study hardly explain the basic reality covering rapid economic development, high accident occurrence rate and widespread rent-seeking behavior in Chinas practice, because the definition of influence effect of power rent-seeking is not clear.In view of analyzing productivity effect component of power rent-seeking,using the survey data of coal-mine enterprises, the study discussed productivity component caused by power rent-seeking, so that it can supply theory basis for solving the rent-seeking problem in project safety supervision system.
