Equal Ratios and Quartile Sampling in annular region

摘要：

　　based on the uniform-distribution population in annular region, a sampling method, equal ratios and quartile sampling, is proposed in which equal ratios and quartile is employed.This method gives the population mean estimator in accordance with equal-ratio sampling samples.In contrast with spatial stratified systematic sampling, total value for average consumption estimated by equal ratios and quartile sampling is more accurate.
