An extended TOPSIS for dynamic weights of decision makers
A new subjective/dynamic integrated multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) is proposed and investigated. The proposed approach integrates intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFs), improved techniques for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS), Intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator (IFWA), importance of attribute information (IOAI), and variable weight vector (VWV) to determine the integrated weights of the attributes and decision-makers (DMs).The method considers the subjective weights of the DMs, as well as the dynamic mechanism of the DMs and their adjustable weights.
