Research on the effects of tapping performances with Multiple-type parameters
Whole life cycle of the cutting tool refers to whole course that cover from the need identified to the design (geometric parameters), manufacture (structural parameters), usage (cutting parameters), maintenance and scrap phase.Taking an example of tap, i.e.a kind of common cutting tool of internal thread, it has a low efficiency and performance of cutting because of its complexity of design and manufacturing process.So it can improve the cutting performance notably by optimizing the parameters of different stages of the whole life cycle of tap.Now some research has optimized a certain stage in the whole life cycle of the cutting tool, but the parameters of all the stages of the full life has not been as a whole to be optimized.
