An Approximate Analytical Solution for Dynamic Response of a Large Nonlinear Rotor-bearing System
The assembly of the disk, the shaft and the bearing is an important and common structure in rotating machinery, such as NC machines, turbines, compressors and aircraft engines.Due to the mass imbalance of the system, vibrations induced by centrifugal forces inevitably exist in rotating machinery.Nowadays, modem rotating machinery trends toward high speed and lightweight.These conditions can deteriorate vibrations of the system.Excessive vibrations can damage the system.To avoid the failure of the system caused by vibration, accurate vibration analysis is significant.
