The Research on hard cutting the Powder Metallurgy valve seat

　　The valve seat is an important part for diesel engine;gasoline engine and the gas engine, it meshed with valves, to control fresh gas in and the burnt gas out, , is applied to seal for cylinder.The valve seat in the harsh environment such as high stress(the maximum cylinder pressure of engine around 20MPa), high temperature (the high temperature of valve seat around 530 ℃) and high corrosion proof (high-temperature gas erosion;vulcanization;corrosion and oxidation of V2O5),so physical characteristics of materials should require with high temperature, corrosion proof and high temperature stability 4,5,6.
