Investigation on Social Security House System from 468 Nenizens Opinions in Henan Province
Objective: to understand the opinion of the city resident to the social security housing system (SSHS);Method: the descriptive analysis were done to the data coming from the investigation of the entire with questionnaire.Results: It was very limited for the respondents to understand the SSHS and its police change;it was not easy to apply the social security house (SSH);it was preferred to be distributed the low-rent house, whose type was three bedrooms flat or one bedroom flat, and whose rent was paid monthly or quarterly;it was hoped to build the SSH near the city and to exempt the rent of the families in poverty or with single parent.Conclusion: The propaganda to SSHS and its policy change was not sufficient, which led to the concerned people could not utilize this system to solve their housing problem properly;the application difficulty easily led to the distrust of SSHS,and the remote site of SSH led to the dissatisfaction of the respondents.Recommendation: it should have the diversified ways for the people to supervise the implementation of SSHS, to encourage all people to participate in the construction of SSHS, to publicize the related law, to increase the investing capital, to make known the SSH resource and its distribution openly to avoid the privilege phenomenon, and to sound the administrative accountability system.
