Analysis of the Impact of FDI on Industrial Structure Upgrading in Shandong Province

　　In recent years, FDI have contributed a lot to the economic development of Shandong Province.The use of FDI is an important force for economic development and it performs a strong role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the industrial structure of FDI in Shandong Province and explores the effects of changes in FDI and the effect of the industrial structure, gives the suggestions about the use of FDI to promote the optimization and upgrading industrial structure in Shandong Province.
