Cultural Gini Coefficient-An Evaluation Index of the Balance Level of Regional Cultural Soft Power

　　As the national soft power becomes a factor of comprehensive national strength which is more and more important, cultural soft power has gained more attention of researchers.We found that study is not only on the abstract concept of cultural soft power, function and the way to promote cultural soft power but also on the concrete evaluation index system of building, which makes itself continue to be diversified and specific.This study inspired by existed research results puts forward a new evaluation index called cultural Gini coefficient which is used to measure the development of balance level of the regional cultural soft power.Then utilizing the main urban area in Beijing as the study area, this study empirically confirms the effectiveness of the cultural of Gini coefficient, summarizes the deficiency at the same time and provides a new idea and method for later researchers to a certain extent.
