摘要：

　　The soft power of university is the embodiment of the sum of the spirit of the university,the value idea and the intrinsic quality and also an important part of universities comprehensive strength and core competitiveness, is a kind of recessive competitiveness including culture, spirit, system, etc.The soft power is the realitys need, the source of power, the spiritual safeguard of the connotative development, and also provide the human, intellectual and technological supports for the connotative development of the university.
