On Combination among Skillful Hard Power and Culture Soft Power in Higher Vocational Education
The skillful hard power is the tangible material force of the higher vocational education, is the material productive forces;the skillful hard power system mainly includes: the basic skillful force;the professional skillful force;the comprehensive skillful force and the innovative skillful force.The cultural soft power is intangible spiritual force of the higher vocational education, is the spiritual productive forces;the cultural soft power system mainly includes: the knowledgeable cultural force,the spiritual cultural force, the moral cultural force, the valuable cultural force, the legal cultural force and the professional cultural force.The skillful hard power is the foundation and premise for the cultural soft power, the cultural soft power is upgrading and development for the skillful hard power.The skillful hard power and the cultural soft power of the higher vocational education constitute the comprehensive strength of the higher vocational education together.the higher vocational education should be fully recognized the equal importance to the skillful hard power and the cultural soft power, to promote the skillful hard power and the cultural soft power mutual supporting, mutual interaction and mutual penetration in the system construction, the teacher quality, the teaching reform, the campus culture and the hardware construction, and achieving the coordinated development and the scientific development between the skillful hard power and the cultural soft power.Promoting the higher vocational education in china to the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
