Ascension Path of Private Enterprise Cultural Soft Power in the Process of Globalization
With the deepening of the globalization process in the 21st century, internationalization operation becomes the mainstream trend of the development of private enterprises in our country.Due to the construction of cultural soft power is the soul and core of the enterprise, the important condition of realizing the sustainable development of enterprise, thus we should paying more and more attention to it and taking it into practice.Based on expounding the connotation of cultural soft power of the private enterprise, this paper analyze the importance of cultural soft power building for the private enterprises, point out the bottlenecks that restrict its development from the aspects of strategy, concept,institution, system etc., summarize and solve properly the existing problems, so as to promote private enterprises to establish an all-inclusive private enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics, providing strong cultural support to private enterprises to pursue internationalization operation and leapfrog development.
