　　As the important part of the financial system, Commercial Banks cultural soft power is the driving force for its development.It is also the most advantageous weapons, which Commercial Banks can use to beat its competitors.Based on the analysis of environmental constraints and factors influencing, we will discuss the Commercial Banks cultural soft power evaluation system.
