　　Rawls in <A theory of justice> basis on the original state and the veil of ignorance as the premise deduces the principles of distributive justice as justice 1.This article studying from the research on the veil of ignorance, Analyze Chinese enterprises in the interests of drivers have the internal desperate causes.Through researching from Marxs Capital theory to Rawlss veil of ignorance, to find out the reasons why the final selection of enterprise have different changes.
