Empirical Research of Leading Industries Selection in Jinan

摘要：

　　The recognition and selection of leading industries is risky and should be systematic analyzed, because the industrys role and contribution will be changed under the background of industry competition.Taking Jinan for example, this paper quantitatively determinates leading industries, establishes by using the principal component analysis of 2007-2011 five-year data, and makes corroboration qualitative discrimination based on quantitative results, finally, it determines the leading industries in Jinan, which mainly are equipment manufacturing industry and financial industry with electronic information industry as a potential leading industry.
