Estimation of Complex Systems Reliability Based on Spline Function
The evaluation of system reliability based on the test result of each component system in a very important job from theory to practice In this article to aim at the complex systems submitting to the exponential normal Weibull and extreme value distributions we applied the spline function and derived the first order moment and second order moment of the reliability lower limit function and then converted the component test data into the equivalent test data of the success-failure type We used the test data of the success-failure type to evaluate the system reliability or the reliability lower limit under the certain confidence degree And finally We evaluated the reliability of certain complex ordnance equipment with the above method and got the lower limit of its system reliability of 087 when the confidence degree was 09
