　　In the essay, the author comprehensive analyses the Catastrophe Progression Method,establishes the evaluation index system for effectiveness of listed companies, sets up the Evaluation Model of Mutation Series for Chinese listed companies effectiveness, and evaluates it effectually and rationally with adopting the model settled up.
