MODELING AND OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF DOUBLE-FEET PIEZOELECTRIC LINEAR MOTOR BASED ON THE LEVER AMPLIFICATION MECHANISM
The design of lever amplification mechanism plays the crucial rule in the performance of double-feet piezoelectric linear motor which is based on the lever amplification principle.The kinematic principle of double-feet piezoelectric linear motor based on the lever amplification mechanism was analyzed and the dynamic model of the lever amplification mechanism based on the flexure hinge was established in the paper.And the theoretical amplification ratio was calculated,which are equal to 3.12 and 1.98 in the longitudinal and lateral direction respectively.Moreover,optimization design of structure parameter of flexure hinges in the lever amplification mechanism was carried out using Genetic Algorithm.The displacement of driving foot in the longitudinal and lateral direction is improved by 17.6 % and 8.1 %.
