A DESIGN OF INTELLIGENT POWER ULTRASONIC SUPPLY

摘要：

Due to the influence of the manufacturing process and usage environment of the transducer,when the transducer works for a long time,the resonant frequency will drift.So it is necessary to have frequency automatic tracking device in the power ultrasonic supply.Traditional frequency automatic tracking devices have disadvantages of small tracking range,great error and so on.This paper introduces a new kind of power ultrasonic supply based on MCU.It will introduce the design of wave generator,power amplifier and matching network in detail.And it demonstrates a new method of frequency tracking to solve the problem caused by the transducer frequency drift and ensure the output efficiency of the transducer.
