Construct State Key Laboratory and Promote Technological Level of Bearing Industry
After decades of development,Chinas bearing industry has achieved great progress and Chinahas become a big bearing manufacturing country in the world.However,from technological point ofview,it is a tough process to complete the transformation from a big manufacturing country to asuperior manufacturing great power.The phenomena in domestic bearing industry,such as lowindustry concentration,small scale backbone enterprises,small proportion of products with highprecision and high technology content as well as high added value,overcapacity of low-performancebearing production and insufficient supply of high-performance bearings,have fully exposed theinsufficient basic research and original innovation.Meanwhile,from the technological innovationsystem point of view,the technology research and development of enterprises has not formed atechnological system that can support the industry development.All the mentioned factors have beeninfluencing the rapid and healthy development of the bearing industry.According to the general ideaof the national technological innovation,it is of great significance to construct the state keylaboratory to carry out researches on applied technology and generic technology before competition.
