The thesis hereinafter discusses weak points,problems and challenges faced by enterprises in the Chinese bearing industry or affiliated to Shanghai Prime Machinery Company (PMC),as well as great opportunities brought to them by the 13th Five-Year Plan and the One Belt One Road Initiative of the nation.The author has also illustrated his views on how to advocate craftsman spirit in bearing companies and how to achieve transformation & upgrading/ development of the Chinese bearing industry.
