At present,high-end manufacturing returen to developed countries and low-end manufacturing to low-income countries in the same time,it has formed a two-way extrusion that severe challenges to China manufacturing industry.In addition,Chinas relatively lack of resources and weak of environment carrying capacity have made the road of extensive development of the manufacturing industry narrower.In the new normal economic development,the manufacturing industry must accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading.
