The Theory and Practice of Rolling Bearing Life and Reliability
Bearing is the core component of the equipment manufacturing industry.Ministry of Information Industry issued guidance to accelerate the strong industrial base,and proposed four basic projects (the key basic material,the core basic parts / components,advanced basic technology,quality technology foundation).Bearing is listed in the first of the 12 kinds of machine parts.Currently,The bearing life and reliability of the wind turbine,the high speed railway bearing is monopolized by the foreign bearing company and control issues remain our bottleneck,of course,the development and selection of grease are interwoven in them.In this sense,bearing has become political and strategic supplies that involved in a countrys technological,economic,military.Research on rolling bearing which is belongs to the category of engineering tribology.Tribology is engineering technology disciplines of studying friction,wear,lubrication and sealing and other related theory and technology.Among the fields of rolling bearing precision,performance,life and reliability of the testing and assessment,fault monitoring and diagnosis,life prediction and evaluation,bearing life,reliability and forecast problem are the most practical and the most complex.It is an integrated practical topic which specialized in science,technology,engineering and management,and bearing lubrication technology is closely related to this.The lubricant (oil,grease) is called the fifth part of rolling bearing (others are the inner,outer ring,rolling elements,cage or retainer).Strengthen the basic application research and development research,how to make the life of the host (user) longest,and how to make the service reliable,they will undoubtedly have real economic value and social value.Hangzhou Bearing Test &Research Center (referred to as: Hang bearing Research,HBRC) created since 1980 when the United Nations assisted China (Bearing Bureau of Ministry of Machinery Industry) bearing industry.We mainly engaged in the dynamic performance and fatigue life of bearing and other high-tech applications,products research,development,inspection and test research during the 30 years.As the Chinese economy has entered a new normal and under the background of the reform of the supply front,how did so many small and medium enterprises face the new normal,create new opportunities? Based on the research,development,application,practice and constant revision and perfection,this paper reviewed technology status of rolling bearing life and reliability test application,explored the frontier topics in the field of engineering technology,the development trend and technology application,technology transfer,and other comprehensive study,research work of bearing life,reliability,grease engineering technology and management engineering issues,introduced A2BLT+F2AST theoretical basis and engineering practice,China bearing industry should keep pace with the times,adapt to the new normal,win in the new normal,lead the new normal after the publication of the new bearing materials,vibration,friction torque,and other related standards.
