The Research on Freeze-Thaw Damage Mechanism of Sprayed Steel Fiber Concrete

In order to study the feasibility applications of Macro-PP in cold region tunnel lining based on the freeze-thaw damage mechanism of sprayed steel fiber concrete, research the frost resistance of sprayed steel fiber concrete under freeze-thaw environment by using rapid freezing and thawing experimental methods. Depending on the quality of sprayed steel fiber concrete and the variation of relative dynamic elastic modulus, the mechanism of sprayed steel fiber concrete freeze-thaw damage are emphatically analyzed, established the freeze-thaw damage model of sprayed steel fiber concrete. On the basic of sprayed steel fiber concrete freeze-thaw damage model, predicted the life of sprayed steel fiber concrete under natural conditions inside the tunnel. Research shows that: Fiber on the properties of concrete antifreeze by fiber crack resistance and weak interface. The best fiber volume fraction is about 0.4% in terms of improving the freezing performance. Using the two-stage prediction model can effectively predict the freeze-thaw cycles of sprayed steel fiber concrete and on the basic of that, we can predict the life of the shotcrete in different regions of China, as the basis of sprayed steel fiber concrete durability quantitative for design.
