A New Classification Method of Hemodynamic Response in Motor Cortex Based on Functional Near-infrared Spectroscopy Brain computer interface
Passive brain computer interface has provided an efficient method to conduct re.arch about cerebral function and brain neuron activity measurement. And functional near-infrared spectroscopy-based passive brain computer interface research is a developing technique, appropriate pattern classification method may lead further development. In this paper,a new classification method is proposed based on combination of partial order structure theory and sparse representation-based classification.By using the concept of partial order representation and the general model of sparse representation-based classification,a modified classifier has been established. On this basis, this new classification method is validated by classification experiment of hemodynamic response in motor cortex based on functional near-infrared spectroscopy-brain computer interface.
