A High PSRR Bandgap Reference for LED Driver
A high PSRR bandgap reference with trimming resistive circuits for LED driver is presented.By reducing input offset of the amplifier,adding a PSRR enhancement circuit,presetting the VDD and using resistance trimming technology,the reference circuit achieves a high-precision,low-drift and high-PSRR reference voltage.It has a simple structure,and can work under a wide supply voltage range of 6V to 12V.The reference is implemented in the TSMC 0.25 μm BCD process,and is applied to a AC-DC type constant current driver for LED.Simulation results show that the temperature coefficient of the reference voltage is 6.08 ppm/℃ in the temperature range from-40℃ to 155℃,and the PSRR is 97.9dB.The reference output voltage swing is less than 0.14mV when VDD varies between 6V and 12V.
