The Application Of Apriori-BSO algorithms in Medical Records Data Mining

摘要：

　　An Apriori-BSO algorithm based on computer-rapid response to bit siring logic operations is presented in this paper,as well as the classical Apriori algorithm to reveal the relationship between the frequent itemsets and strong association rulers.The results of experiment showed that the Apriori-BSO algorithm can be conveniently applied to association analysis of the medical records data and symptoms,drug combination data.The law of compatibility of medicines and relationship between symptoms and medications was investigated effectively.The application prospect would be far-ranging in medical records data mining with Apriori-BSO algorithm.
