A Novel Calculation Method of Radar Jamming Cover Area for Ground to Air Radar Countermeasures
There are two traditional ways to research radar jamming.One way is studying the exposure area of the covered target.The other way is studying the radars detection coverage after being jammed.A third way is proposed in this paper,which is core on the position of jammer,focusing on the cover area on which the covered target couldnt be detected by enemys radar.It is very helpful to measure the radar jammers combat capability qualitatively.And two method of calculating Jamming cover area is proposed.One is a method of projecting,the other is a method of coordinate transformation.The simulation experiments testify they are equivalent and effective.
