Study Research on the Improvement of Ecological Compensation Mechanism in the Process of Jing-jin-ji Ecological Environment Governance--Based on the Case of Jing-ji Tree Planting Project

  As the executor of the public policy and the wielder of the public right, the Chinese grass-roots civil servants plays a foundational role in the group of the civil servant in China.In society,their work is closely linked to the life of the public.The object of their work is the most general public.They most closely connect with the public.The quality of their work has a direct bearing on the interest of the public and the effectiveness of public policy.And the occupational Well-being of them directly affects their attitude toward work and the quality of their work.In recent years, there are investigations which shows that the occupational Well-being of Chinese grass-roots civil servants is not high, and the mental health status of the civil servants is not optimistic.Based on the job characteristics of Chinese grass-roots civil servants, according to some theories like self-determination theory, this article put forward a theoretical model of the occupational Well-being of the Chinese civil servants in this paper.In this model, Social support, career identity, and psychological capital make up the antecedent variables, occupational well-being is the central variable, and work engagement is the outcome variable.This paper is aimed at laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent empirical research, and offering theoretical guidance for human resource management of public sectors.
