A New Philosophy as Ecological Government of China from the Perspective of Public Governance

摘要：

　　Modem governance theory evolves from New Public Management Theory which was proposed for the response to the governance crisis to New Public Service Theory and Polycentric Governance Theory.This process is guided by the ideal objective of good governance and the expectation for its realization, revealing the public value based on general humanity and justice in modem society.This paper is committed to the humanistic, serious, and rational study on the good check and balance relation between modem political state and civil society in the domain of organic public life.It is an operable wise choice to analyze the effective construction of ecological government pursuing good ecological governance and the practical exploration on the basis of the overall reflections on the government which overemphasizes economic growth.
