Behind Water Politics

摘要：

　　For decades, scholars have discussed on international water politics from different perspectives and the water disputes still seem to increase as the hot topic ever is grooving to the agenda of international lawyers, international politicians as well as water experts.Here we show how the notions behaviors on international rivers become the high political issue and why the water-war-thesis still prevails over the whole international society.We believe that without grasping the core of international water politics, international society would still be lingering outside the door of the disputes settlement.Our conclusion is that the research on water rights of International River should still occupy the eminent position in international water management.
