The Study on the Importance of Innovative Talents Training Model in the Development of Smart City and Its Countermeasure

　　In the development of smart city, the importance of creative talents training and education development cannot be ignored, and the two should be connected.On one hand, innovative talents training and education reform, especially general education, will provide innovative talents with comprehensive development as the core resource, cutting-edge science and technology research and theory as the basic material, and innovative thinking oriented social culture as the lasting guarantee.On the other hand, the development of smart city also provides favorable conditions for innovative talents training by its integration and Informationization.Meanwhile, government functions of guidance, support and service should be further optimized, standardizing policies and regulations,increasing financial input, deepening cooperation between the government and the universities, so as to build a three-dimensional education platform and complete general education development model.
