A Study of Hukou System Reform on Social Security in China

摘要：

　　With the development of Chinese hukou system reform, its impacts on social security has been a significant issue.Based on the definition of social security impacts, this essay studies the potential social security impacts comes from social assistance system, because the institutional factors and internal factors of multidimensional poverty of migrant workers will influence the effectiveness of hukou reform system.In order to support the reform working orderly, government should attempt to lower the risk of poverty of migrant workers and make an accurate fiscal cost estimation.A further discussion is made on the feasible and practical estimation on fiscal cost aiming at social security impacts in this paper.
