On Synergistic Cooperation between China and ASEAN in the Context of One Belt and One Road Strategy

　　Up to 2015, the strategic partnership between China and ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) has lasted for 12 years.Along with the world multi-polarization, economic globalization, cultural diversification, and information-based social development, this partnership has met the significant historic opportunity brought about by the strategy of the Silk Road Economic Zone and Silk Road on the Sea in the 21st Century (One Belt and One Road).It is of great significance for both China and ASEAN to grasp this opportunity to better allocate their resources, jointly build the ASEAN-China community, and achieve the synergistic collaboration.With One Belt and One Road as the platform, approaches to the ASEAN-China synergistic collaboration are explored to provide enlightenments to the breakthrough of the cooperation.
