A Study on Fiscal and Taxation Policies for Water Ecological-Compensation in Zhejiang, China

摘要：

　　Zhejiang Province has abundant water resources, yet with serious pollution problems.The distribution of water resources in Zhejiang is so uneven that it does not match with the provincial economic development.Zhejiang is a leading province of exploring water ecological-compensations in China, and our study focuses on how to use fiscal and tax policy to promote the development of water ecological-compensation in Zhejiang.This paper reviews the state of water related ecologicalcompensation in Zhejiang.And then it proposes recommendations by using fiscal and tax policies to promote the development of water ecological compensation in Zhejiang for avoidance of a shortage of fiscal and tax policy in the course of economic development.
