On Sustainable Development of Assistance to Prisoners Minor Children in China

摘要：

　　This paper focuses on assistance to prisoners minor children in China.In this study, it is found that at present civil assistance is the main method in the national assistance network.Then, the problems existing in the process of the assistance are summarized.They include the shortage of the protection of human rights of the prisoners minor children, insufficient credibility, and the absence of professional staff members.On this basis, the corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed for the promotion of the sustained development of assistance projects to help the prisoners minor children.The methods are put forward from three perspectives, namely institutional construction,working staff management, and cultural promotion.
